Hi all,

I am trying to get some nice soundbar or speakers for tv (LG BX) but prefer soundbar as i don't have much space.
The TV has very nice features related to sound Dolby Atmos support, eARC, hdml 2.1 but doesn't support some DTS which is annoying tbh.
My budget is under £500 i really want something to improve the audio experience as speech is sometimes hard to understand in some content and music is horrible (echo dot speaker sounds better) and maybe if possible to get some surround as some of those speakers support dolby atmos.

Atmos Support:
- Philips Dolby Atmos Soundbar 2.1 TAB8505/10
https://www.philips.co.uk/c-p/TAB8505_10/soundbar-2.1-with-wireless-subwoofer
£350

- Sony HT-G700 3.1ch
https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/sound-bars/ht-g700
£350

- Samsung Q-Symphony Q600A 3.1.2ch
£399

- Samsung Q-Symphony Q700A
£500

- LG SP8YA (outside my budget but if it is really really worth it i could reconsider)
https://www.lg.com/uk/speakers-sound-systems/lg-sp8ya
£700

Non Atmos:
- LG SP7

£300

Let me know what's the best option of those and if you recommend something better in this price range.
I have further 2 questions
1- samsung has something called Q-Symphony that link the tv speakers with the sound bar which means you get 2 extra speakers, is there something like that for LG TVs?
2- LG BX tv doesnt support any DTS formats only supports standard basic formats and Atmos if i get a sound bar that supports DTS would that enable me to play DTS formats?

Thanks in advance

While they cater to the US market, see if what you're looking for is on https://www.rtings.com/soundbar/reviews/best or if what they recommend is available where you are.

No, as far as I can tell.

Yes.
