[SOLVED] Low FPS on my new PC

I play FPS games on my PC like CSGO and Valorant I saw the same specs benchmark on YouTube and saw they are getting thrice as much as my FPS! I get around 150 FPS in Valorant Low settings 1080p and CSGO 1080p high setting 200 fps pls help!

My specs:-
Processor:-AMD Ryzen 5 4650G Pro
GPU:-Rtx 2060 Super
RAM:-16GB (3200MHZ)
Motherboard:-Asus B550 Prime A
PSU:-650W
SSD:-256GB
HHD:-2TB

Just know it was same processor and gpu but still 1/3 of performance how?

Still it's good enough I saw my friends having worse PC than me and getting higher FPS I think it's a Processor issue as 4650G Pro is a APU not a CPU and might be bottlenecking my GPU

how full is the ssd?
latest bios? did you fresh os install for this build?

150FPS in Low, ouch... Anyway, have you tried factory resetting drivers? Check BIOS driver as well.

How can I know my cpu usage while I am playing?

Like this,

download hwinfo64,
install and open it,
check "sensors-only",
click "run".

or use MSI Afterburner. Check the last one online how to set things.

Nvidia website, drivers and support, find automatically or look for your card. Click on latest "recommended" driver, install, run, advanced options, factory reset.
For BIOS you have to know your motherboard manufacturer, go to their website, drivers and support, and download latest driver.

Update: I updated my BIOS and my ram was running on 2133mhz I made it run on 3200 mhz but still the performance is not on point it hardly made a difference

Perhaps a silly question from me:

Are you sure, that your monitor is connected to the 2060 and not to the motherboard?
Really using 2060 gpu and not the builtin GPU of your CPU?

Then you can check with taskmanager, which task are running in the background. Perhaps something is using your CPU heavily.
