Do you not know how to read? Or is PayPal just your enemy? If you'll look at PayPal AND the article posted, there is no personal attacks and he admits to making multiple calls to the NUMBER GIVEN TO HIM BY THE VENDOR. He did not seek this number. When He disputed in PayPal, this was the number that initially called him. After continuous escalation of his ticket, PayPal contacts, and so forth, Tuan again attempted to receive his tracking number. All he needed is a tracking number. Seriously. I get them from EVERY SINGLE VENDOR when they send my product, US Mail, Canada Mail, UPS or FedEx. they all provide them. He just wants confirmation of his shipment. If you read his article, it's for good reason too. He didn't receive word about it's status. I'd freak out to. ANd then when you treated him the way you did? Nice job bro. Nice freakin' job.
This article was your fault, Mr. Meek, or Free, whomever you are. You, your company, and your support has failed a customer. It just happened to be the wrong customer to fail. Because he's on the internet. Where you work. And he's got a LOT of sway and research/information muscle you just don't seem to understand.
Good luck with trying to get your business out of "Failure" status with the BBB, good luck getting your product's bad name out of every Tom's Hardware user, and sorry you have such a short temper.
Tom's Hardware OUT.
