Placed an order with Amazon, and they elected to put electronics in a box with magnets for shipping. Only proposed separation was a bit of wadded paper. When I previously ordered less intense magnets from overseas, they wrapped them in about 8cm of foam (aside from the magnet packaging material). This could be for airmail regulations, but it really surprised me to see no such padding in or around the magnet boxes. And when I opened the package, 1 of the SSDs was magnetized to to magnet boxes. It was not difficult to remove, but it was concerning.
I know SSDs aren't effected by magnetism like spinning hard disks are. But I would be concerned about this type of packaging for any electronics. And clearly there is no concern about wiping existing data, as the drives were new from the factory. But I am worried about damage, reduced reliability, or reduced life to my brand new expensive drives! Looking for advice if anyone knows.
I am worried about the hardware being OK.
Magnets:
3x boxes, 20x magnets each. (60 magnets total)
30mm x 3mm Neodymium disk magnets. It didn't say, but I assume grade 35-42 from comprisable products.

Electronics:
2x nvme drives.
Lexar 4TB NM790 (NVMe, M.2, 2280 size) with heatsink.

Thank You!
