Motherboard chip getting over heat

Hi im using a gigabyte GA 945GCM mother board.When im using suddenly the computer got struck .. Then i switched off it and check . the ram and the mother board chips heat sink was very hot ... what should i do ?

Dust it off, maybe re-seat it with some Arctic Silver 5, clean the case vents and intakes, especially where the fan(s) are located.
-- Make sure your internal cable management allows unobstructed airflow.
-- Maybe add a fan to blow air across it.
