Question Motherboard won't start, just shows orange light

When I press the button it sends a light all around the board but nothing, no start at all.

So there's a few things

First DO NOT TURN ON A COMPUTER ON WITHOUT A CPU COOLER INSTALLED.

Second you don't have the CPU power cable plugged into the motherboard. That's the plug in the top left.

Third you shouldn't be doing that on a bed, you are asking for the mobo to get damaged. Use the box the mobo came in as a stand.
