Question Mouse doesn't wanna work ?

Mobo: ASUS P5G41T-M LX
CPU: Xeon 5450


I have problems with the mouse not working, first it worked when I built the pc today, but now it doesn't. I have tried my keyboard in the same USB ports and it works fine, but my mouse or pen-drive doesn't.

I have tried resetting the cmos, and also tried switching the 5vSB jumpers.
USB is enabled in the bios.

Use a different mouse and see if it's the system or your mouse that is faulty.

Tried one in the PS/2 port, but i dont understand why it doesnt works if it worked earlier. And also it doesnt wanna detect an usb stick sometimes it does, and nope, updated all drivers, im trying to update the bios but it wouldnt let me without an usb
