[SOLVED] Mouse having Issues

I have a Bloody A9A which worked the best for me but recently it is causing some issues. Whenever I try to connect it to any Laptop or PC the windows gives the USB POWER SURGE error basically telling me that my mouse needs more than the USB port can supply. I searched online and found out that I need to change some windows settings and reinstall my drives and then I did that, but it is still causing the same issue. The lights on the mouse would not turn on and sometimes they do and I don't get that error but still, when I use it for a while it gives the same error and this happens on any machine I connect my mouse on.

Might be that the USB connector is warn or the mouse's wire is kaput.
As rgd1101 said, try a different mouse first.
