mobo=asus tuf 365 gaming plus ( recently bought )
cpu= i7 9700k
gpu = sapphire nitro rx 480 8gb
psu= 750 watt cooler master ( 1 day old)

so, i was running furmark 1080p AA and cpuz stress test , gpu temp reached 82 °C , Cpu temp reached 90°C suddenly my pc shutdown. Tried restarting but no post ,then unplugged my gpu 6+2pin connector and changed dp cable to my mobo displayport (intel hd) ,now pc posts, gpu lights are on but no fan spin ,my gpu is not being detected by any software even though its plugged in my pcie slot , i had recently changed my mobo and my psu since my previous psu had failed , tried reseting bios,removing cmos ,still pc wont post when 6+2 pin is plugged into my gpu and no video signal from it ..please help

Solution
What was the old PSU? And what's the model of the new one? The old one could have damaged the GPU if it's lower quality than this one and there's a whole lot of variance in Cooler Master supplies, from awful to OK.
