[SOLVED] New Build - bad MOBO or PSU?

I need help! I've got a new build and I'm sure I've connected everything properly. When I turn the PSU on, I get a brief flash from the MOBO. When I turn on the power from the case, I get a couple clicks and then nothing. Video links below to the symptoms.

I've reseated the RAM and tried with 1 only. I've looked for loose screws or possible shorts on the board and can't find anything. Let me know what else I can answer or try, thank you!

Are all your cables connected properly? It would be useful to make sure all cables are properly connected and I can't see that in the video. I'm a little confused by the description; what power are you turning on in the case? The motherboard is clearly being breadboarded and not inside the case. The video doesn't give a great view of what's going on. Have you gone down the no post checklist we have stickied?

The one more thing is the sticky wicket with the troubleshooting. Without a GPU, so you'll never actually know if you POST properly.
