But when i play batlefield 1 i get 60 fps sometimes even less like 50 fps on ultra settings do i have some kind off bottleneck? Whats the problem i need help please.I did update my gpu driver with geforce experience. Is it possible that i may have recived a faulty GPU?

The single stick at such a low speed is going to hinder your performance although I couldn't tell you exactly by how much. I'd sell that stick and buy a 2x8gb kit @3000mhz and make sure to enable XMP in the BIOS for it to run at the correct speed.

For example I tried Destiny 2 at 2133 (on a Ryzen 2600) and then ran the game at 3200 and the difference was about 25 FPS. Now the difference isn't always that drastic but you'll still get more stable FPS and less frequent dips.

Overclocking the CPU would help with performance as well.

Not really a fan of the EVGA B3 PSU's but that should be ok for the system.
