Question New sleeper build wont POST.

So i built a new pc, but it doesnt work. the EZ Debug LED CPU flashes a few times then stops. I will do a reseat later but i am looking for some other ideas till then.
This happened when i just restarted my system to complete installing a GPU driver, now it doesnt post.

MOBO: MSI b450 gaming pro carbon ac
CPU: RYZEN 7 2700X
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1660 OC (Replaced with Strix GTX 950 for troubleshooting)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 8GBx2 C16
PSU: Corsair VS650 (2018)

Breadboard the innards of the system and see if you can get a POST from the build.

Take the innards out of case, rebuild atop a motherboard box or your bench table and use bare minimum componentry.

I don't know if breadboarding and CPU reseating worked, but now it shows the VGA debug light.

PSU: Corsair VS650 (2018)
Try another PSU that's reliably built, not the VS or CV series of units, mind you.

• Reseat ram
• Try 1 stick of RAM, and try each
• Try unplugging as many parts as you can
• Unplug everything from the back, plug back in the bare necessities.

I don't think that is important. I popped in my replacement board and it worked
