Yeah I saw that yesterday. anyways, im still waiting for the 590 to be published on the global site. Since the USA site is always the last one to be updated.

Did you guys saw this? This has became like a Conroe topic, full of data of this motherboard and trying to know when is gonna be released hehe

Can't wait for this mobo to come out.....btw how did someone get acess to that zeus site, if it's Asus' prototype webpage???

Also Slim...whats with the english? i.e. Where are them? Did you guys saw this?

Yeah, I mentioned that earlier...

Isn't ASUS pronounced A-zues...im guessing they have just through "ohhh zues sounds high an mighty, why dont we name the page after it!, it may even be a secret hint to a new way of them branding there products.

Really looking forward to this board! Ive got almost everything except IT...ok i still need the RAM and a GPU (gunna go for the XFX GF7950 X2, but the prices just keep fluctuating like mad!)

Speaking about the RAM, which one should I get considering i'm not going to overclock or maybe a little bit like 2.6GHz...?

I recommend get the Corsair TWIN2X2048 Cas Latency 3 2Gb Pack. I know they are expensive but they are the faster DDR 800 you will find in the market

Now if you need something less expensive, get the same one but with CAS latency 4, that will save you some bucks and is a good PC6400 😉

I'd get some EPP RAM. If you're going to wait for the 590 might as well. Since the EPP works with the 90 chipset. The EPP will automatically oc your RAM for you.

I'm sure others might have a different idea, but I'm pretty sure nVidia says you need at least 550 to 600 W to power a rig like that. It also depends on how much other stuff you're running (HDs, optical drives, fans, etc.), but to be on the safe side, I wouldn't go lower than 550 for sure.

Hey I was just browsing Asus' global product pages, and I might have found something. I dunno if this has been discovered and/or commented on, but when you look under downloads in support, there are three P5N32-SLI edition motherboards in the list...

There is a Deluxe, Premium, and an SE Deluxe... what the hell.

Here's the link, have a look for yourself. LINK

I am about to go check out the downloads, maybe see some manuals, and maybe figure out what's up, I'll post back if I discover anything. 8O

I didn't want to be the first one to say something like that for fear of wrong information, but that's what I was thinking as well. I wouldn't put anything less than a 5 or 600watt powersupply in my build when I get to it, and that should be enough for SLI cards, and maybe minor overclocking. I might go higher, due to overclocking and possible future water-cooling, which would be an additional draw.

.:EDIT:. - In response to my previous post...

I downloaded the manuals for the P5N32-SLI Deluxe and Deluxe SE, there was no manual for the Premium.

In both manuals it lists the specs for the mobos, and in both it says nForce 4 chipsets, so WTF.

I'm just plain confused now, and I have good reason. Disregard previous post... I think.

That confused me for a sec too...I believe they've been updated with the new chipsets for AM2 and Conroe...

For those of you in the U.K. (me thankfully) the MB is on "Pre-Order" from overclockers.co.uk

Here she is boys

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Online_Catalogue_Asus_177.html

Asus P5N32-SLi Premium WiFi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-175-AS)

Price: £149.95 (£176.19 Including VAT at 17.5%)

Price isn't too bad, almost the same as the P5W DH. It's worth it in my opinion after all those weeks on anticipation. I won't go and order it straight away as I would like to see a few reviews---not that there should be anything wrong with it---hopefully :)

I just spoke with Brian from the Asus reseller marketing department. He told me that, in fact, the P5N32-SLI Premium started shipping "a while ago." However, the board is shipping with very low availability, currently pre-allocated to specific vendors. Availability will "hopefully" increase within the next few weeks. I take no responsibility concerning the accuracy of the information I received; however, Brian is extremely well informed and is by no means an ordinary peon. It seems to be authentic information. I will be researching availability with my distributors, as well as the common retailers such as NewEgg. Common availability seems near.
