I want to update my memory to nvme ssd drive , im thinking on using nvme adaptor on my board, i want to know if its possible , any performane loss or any kind of bottle neck , specs i5 9400f , Rx570 card 4gb

Solution
You don't have available PCIE x4 slot on your board.
Only 2 slots PCIE 2.0 x1.

Modern M.2 drives use PCIE 3.0 x4 connection.
That means - M.2 nvme drive with pcie M.2 adapter on your board will work 8 times slower, than it can.
All nvme speed benefit will be totally negated by a slow connection.

Not worth it. Use regular 2.5" sata SSD instead.

BTW SSD is not memory, it is storage. RAM is memory. Those terms can not be used interchangeably.
