[SOLVED] Old Hardrive still in bootmenu

So i got a new hardrive a few weeks ago and my old hardrive was still in the boot menu on pc now sometimes it boots from my old hardrive that is not in the pc and it is really annyoing is there anyway i can remove this hardrive from the bootmenu entierly?

If your old drive is phisically outside your PC, I think your situation is impossible.... Can you describe your problem more correctly? How that can be???

As said, it can't boot from a drive that isn't there. Please look and see what you have installed.
Also link us to a screenshot of your disk managment window that you uploaded to an image sharing site such as imgur please.
