reboot go into the BIOS and verify that the devices are enabled in the BIOS. if they are disabled there windows will not see them at all.
you could try booting to linux and seeing if it can detect the hardware.
Boot to a USB drive with linux on it. grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.
