Question PC crashes when gaming ?

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO V2 62 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock X870 Pro RS WiFi ATX AM5 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL36 Memory
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 7900 XT 20 GB Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair RM850x (2021) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

So whenever i play games and this can range between 5 minutes of playing or 5 hours my pc will randomly freeze, i can hear my friend on discord for 5 seconds then it stays frozen i cant do anything i cant tab out nothing so i have to reset it or shut it down fully using power button. I have tried everything with reducing ram speed, watching panjnos tutorial on how to fix crashes i did the memory scan, no errors and i scanned my pc in cmd, again no errors. I updated my motherboard which did fix some frame drops but the crashing... i just dont know what to do. feels like i tried almost everything. Also when it comes to games it can be someting like cs2 that isnt very demanding or some heavier games like space marines 2!

I will try to do this but its annoying beacuse i cant reliably recreate this issue, sometimes it happens 3 times a day sometimes 1 time a week

It's annoying to reproduce this problem. I'm suffering another bug that cannot reproduced easily either.

my pc crashed again today but i was playing COD BO6, i heard it crashes other ppls pc too so i dont know if this was just COD being COD or something else, but it crashed within like 15 min of gameplay and then i played other stuff and there was no crashing
