As the title suggests, my PC has been having this issue where it will find its self crashing and restarting instantly usually 20-30 minutes after I boot it up, sometimes sooner if I launch a game or even just random happenstance. Then after the initial crash and restart, the PC seems to work just fine for the remainder of the time it is on, or even put to sleep and then woken up. I know it's not a hard drive issue since my OS is installed on a pretty much brand new SSD which I had installed to replace an SSD that was failing and causing issues. I ran Memtest and it came back negative to any memory issues. I don't suspect it could be a GPU issue just because I'm not encountering any of the other symptoms that would suggest video card failure. So my only thoughts is that it's an issue with the CPU, Motherboard or the PSU. I checked my Reliability History and got these series of events when an instance of the issue occurred. (Check Link)

Upon closer inspection of the events, specifically the Hardware Error, this is what I saw.

I am unsure if this is useful in any way but I'd like to hear a second opinion to what the issue might be.
Furthermore, the crash happens in one of two ways. Either it's an instant shutdown and restart, or the PC begins to lag heavily, the audio gets all static-y and it will either crash (and restart) or seemingly struggle to stay awake until I decide to power the PC down manually through its power button. My currently leading suspicion is that this is indeed a Power supply issue, but I did that test where you jump it with a paper clip and it seemed to work just fine no hiccups. In fact, prior to jumping my PSU like that, the issue was even worse and the PC would seemingly crash every time I played a game that was resource intensive.
If anyone could provide me with some thoughts on the issue, it would be much obliged.
