Here is my current setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RdJzGL (Though I'm only using 2 X 8GB sticks, not 4 )
Here is my old setup: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NJvNXP

I've been having problems with my RAM recently, one of my old DIMM sticks seems to have bit the dust right after getting my new parts. I'm positive it's broken, I've taken them out and reseat them in various combinations to see what works and what doesn't. So after fiddling around with my MOBO and DIMMs I decided to use 1 old and 1 new DIMM simultaneously, for now. I think I'll send my new DIMMs back and get 2 x 16GB sticks instead.

After a couple hours my PC bluescreened, after that I decided to switch to using both new DIMMS, instead of 1 new 1 old, it seemed to work fine. Later on after some more research I decided to enable XMP, my DIMM's are 3200 and my PC was running lower than that. After doing so my PC still seemed to be working although at the login screen the screen went black for a second and sometimes my Google Chrome window would turn black, and then wherever I moved my mouse the image would come back.

After all that I thought I would reset my CMOS, to see if that could somehow fix my broken DIMM, which it didn't. I short-circuited the required pins and rebooted, but once I go to the AMD logo loading screen my PC just shut off. I turned it on again and this time I got to the login screen. I thought maybe that was some random hiccup so I ignored it for now. I used my PC for an hour and started using Blender, (a 3D modeling program) then my screen just went black and wouldn't turn on. My PC was still running and the CPU LED was on.
After that I turned my PC off and reseated my CPU Cooler because I feel like I hadn't applied enough thermal paste the first time.

I'm not really sure what to do now, I'm currently using new DIMM's and a new CPU, I feel like those shouldn't be the issue. So is it my MOBO? I already have to send my new DIMM's back for different ones, I don't want to have to buy a new Motherboard now too. Would a fresh Windows 10 install help in any way?

Also! Every time I boot up my PC the CPU LED blinks for a second, then the VGA LED stays on for a while and turns off when the loading screen appears, don't know if that is normal.

Part of your problem is mixing mismatching old ram with new ram.

Start off fresh with your new ram alone, then see what happens for the next 3 hours, matter of fact go to start/search bar, type Event Viewer.exe.
Next go to windows log and finally system logs, if you blue screen or hard crash again with a black screen, this will give you the necessary info to tell you what is happening.

After some more testing I was able to easily replicate the problem. So far the only 2 applications that causes the black screen is Blender, whenever I try to render something in Cycles mode, and Cinebench, when I do a benchmark test. Both use the CPU quite intensively.

I've been using the mixed RAM sticks for a couple hours while playing Terraria and browsing Chrome, everything seemed normal mostly. I tried using the 2 new RAM sticks together earlier before I got the black screen and they seemed to be causing their own problem.

But when I get home I'll switch the sticks and check the Event viewer.

I took the old stick out and now have both new sticks running. I booted up and reset the BIOS settings to default and then decided to go run Blender again to see if the screen would go black. I loaded the biggest scene I had and switched to rendered mode, after almost 10 seconds my screen went black again.

I checked the Event Viewer and there were a bunch of new events around the time my screen went black, I checked them all out but I don't know what most of them mean. Is there a way I can save all the events that happened during the black screen and share them here? Maybe you or someone else can decipher them.

I can try and see what the problem is if you post them up, but if you are still crashing on new ram, the mobo might not support it.

Look at this page from msi and find your ram model number, should have a white label or sticker on it.
If that ram doesn't match up from the list, YOU will need to send it back for a compatible brand.

I caused the black screen crash and saved all the events that happened around that time: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GLzWyuRJuELHTYy2jWXxpNAWsHXpRXcR/view?usp=sharing

I was sure that my RAM was compatible with my Motherboard because I've been using these RAM sticks for the past 3 years, the only difference now is that I bought and am now using a new pair of the exact same kind, and I'm using different CPU.

But I checked the website anyways, and apparently it's not compatible? The product number on my RAM is slightly different than the ones that are compatible.

So apparently my PC kept crashing because I didn't have the Game Optimization option enabled in my BIOS settings. So I turned that on and now I'm golden 👌
