Question PC just built (Ryzen 5 2400G + AsRock B450M-HDV) no signal video on HDMI

Hey everyone,

I've just built this PC:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G
PSU: Be Quiet! Pure power 11 500W
SSD: Crucial BX500 240 GB
RAM: G.skill Aegis DDR4 16GB 3000MHz
MOBO: AsRock B450M-HDV
CASE: Phanteks P350X
MONITOR: BenQ GW2480

and when I try to turn it on, some works:

• CPU fan
• fan case
• RGB leds of case

but I can't get signal video. I'm on HDMI at the moment because I've no DVI (it's arriving today from Amazon.)
Weird thing: mouses (Logitech G402 and one office Logithech) don't work, like they don't even have the laser turned on, while the keyboard (a rgb one) gets on with lights on.
If it may help, some PSU cables are disconnected (VGA1, VGA2 and some no-name cables).

Hi, Try connecting an internal speaker and see if any beeps with no RAMs.
