System:
CPU - Ryzen 3 1200
MOBO - MSI B350M Gaming Pro
DRAM - G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3000MHZ (2×8, 16-18-18-38 @ 1.35v)
GPU - GTX 1060 3 GB
BOOT DRIVE - WD Blue 1T

Today, I decided to update my motherboard's BIOS to the newest version. I followed all the normal steps (download, unzip to flash drive, boot to m- flash, finish installing without removing anything). Following this, my computer rebooted, as it should, but didn't boot to Windows. It started to prepare automatic repair.

The things I've tried:
Resetting bios settings
Clearing CMOS (by shorting it)
Changing RAM (G. skill ripjaws 2666 2x4, worked before)
Making sure boot drive was selected correctly
Restarting numerous times
Pressing continue in automatic repair

Conclusions I've come to:
Nothing relating to things I've tried, but the motherboard offers EZ debug LEDs. As I first click the power button, the top light (CPU) flickers on as well as system fans. Then, about 1-2 seconds after, the system lights shut off (like normal), but so does the CPU light (I don't think this is normal). 1 second later the lights come back on, but the debug LEDs skip the DRAM light, going to VGA light and then to the BOOT light. I'm pretty sure that before, it would cycle through all the lights and boot to windows.

I'm clueless as what to do next. Please helps, thanks.

I've now taken the CMOS battery out and put it back in, tried multiple ram combinations, and attempted to use a system restore point, none of which have worked.
