Question PC not showing display

I can't quite down when this started to happen, but my PC have very unpredicatable beaviour recently. Sometimes nothing will come up, no bios or anything, even after switching the HDMI cable to the motherboard from the gpu. After a few manual restarts the screens will start showing content again? But when I'm using the pc, after about 10 minutes it will blank out again. It will also stay blank when going to sleep from idle and I cannot wake it up again. One thing that did change was that the fan suddenly got a lot louder and I'm not sure how to diagnose that. Thanks in advance

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI B360M Bazooka LGA 8thGen. unable to check bios version as monitors aren't switching on anymore, will update this if i manage to get to it working
RAM: 32GB DDR4 2666Mhz
SSD/NVME: Samsung evo 1tb nvme, not sure of the exact details of the ssd but should be samsung 500 gb
GPU: RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 Gaming GPU
PSU: Antec VP500 80+ High performance PSU, 5 years old
Chassis: Evetech trio tempered glass RGB gaming case
OS: nvme running nixos and ssd running fedora, there is also a 750gb that has the same formatting as a windows partition
Monitor: Iilama and Dell
