Question PC not turning on in the morning/when rested for more than 9 hours.

My motherboard turns on in the morning but nothing on the display I see a flickering blue screen but after 3-4 hard restarts it starts working and no issues for the complete day. I have tried changing the GPU motherboard resetting cmos reseating every component. What can be the issue here??

Intel 13 10100f processor
Gpu gt 210 1gb
power supply 450 watts
Ram crucial 8 gb
ssd 250 GB

This only happens in the morning and then it will work the whole day without any issues

Since you have swapped the gpu swap the psu.
