[SOLVED] PC randomly freezes followed by buzzing sound

This usually happens during a game of league of legends but has also happened when I'm not playing a game/doing anything intensive at all. Sometimes the buzzing continues infinitely with the screen frozen on whatever it was on, requiring a manual restart. Other times it will buzz for 2 seconds and then instantly power off. And sometimes it will buzz and freeze for 2 seconds and then return back to normal without requiring a restart.
I've ran multiple GPU and CPU stress tests to see if its a heat issue but I've got to stable maximum temperatures without any issues. I've also ran memtest86 for a few hours (4 passes) and it reported no errors.

I had the same issue for a while and then my gpu went bad, so your gpu might be going bad also! Seemed like changing my gpu fixed it for me
