Question PC restarts randomly

So my PC restarts randomly and I don't even see any BSOD, sometimes it resets on it's own but 90% of the time it freezes with a black screen and then I have to hard reset it manually. I have done all the things, each and every threads solution from reddit and from other threads as well. None of the solutions have worked so far, you name it and I have done it. Even reinstalled my Windows as a last resort. Here are the dump files and event logs - 062823-8484-01.zip

I did some more troubleshooting and here are the results-
Removed my rtx 2070 and using motherboard's Display Port as my display - working fine no issues

But here is the main problem and things get weird-
GPU rtx 2070 is fine I have tested it in another system, no black screen or BSODs.
Tried GTX 960 in my own system - issue still persists.
Tried AMD RX 580 - Problem solved, no black screen or BSODs.

Issue is with the NVIDIA GPUs only, at this point of time I am so confused so as to what actually the problem is. Do you think it is due to the PSU or the Motherboard? If so then why would it work with AMD RX 580 and no GPU installed at all? And at the same time not with the NVIDIA GPUs?

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? As for your GPU's, did you use DDU to remove all drivers prior to swapping the other GPU in and then manually reinstalling the latter GPU drivers in an elevated command?

Reinstalling the OS would mean the OS downloaded the drivers it thought was right for you, which is why we suggest running DDU or install all drivers in offline mode.

PSU - Antec Edge 750w 80 plus gold fully modular (6 years 3 months)

Yes every time, I have used DDDU for installing a new graphic card that too a full clean install in safe mode.
Post installing the windows I downloaded each and every motherboard driver manually and installed them one by one.
