Whenever I try to turn on my pc, the LED strip inside turns on and the LEDs on the motherboard turns on but not the fans, GPU, or the display. Recently, my pc has been crashing and I would have to force it to shut off and turn it on again. My GPU temps never go above the low 70s. My CPU base MHz is 3700, but I have it overclocked to 4000 MHz, it never goes above the low 60s. My estimated total wattage is around 400-500W and I have a 650W PSU.

I have already tried resetting the bios and CMOS battery. This is the first time either of those have not worked.

I don’t know if I have a faulty power supply or video card, but I might disassemble and reassemble my pc if there is no other solution to see if there might not be a bad wiring problem that could be the cause of this. It may also be that my PCIe ports have some sort of issue since the video card is connected to it and I also have been having connection problems with the wireless network adapter I have connected to it.
