Question PC shutting down often

Whenever is use Adobe Lightroom or photoshop or open too many tabs in chrome, my PC goes off. I even checked my task manager, it shows very high in power usage and 99% in memory and sometimes high % in disk too.

Can anyone help me figure out the issue and how can I fix it?

Pc specs? Have you used a temp monitoring app to see if your cpu is overheating causing the pc to shut down?

Nope, I haven't used any of those apps yet.

PC Specs -

AMD FX 6300 CPU
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Board
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3 GPU
WD Green 2TB 54 RPM (2012) Drive
2K Monitor

So I would use https://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/ and monitor your cpu temps while you try to recreate the shutdown. See if your cpu is overheating.
