Question PC Turn On and Off, Ended Up GPU Won't Turned On (Only The Fan Spinning But The LED Is Not And Not Displaying)

So my PC was working fine at first but it started acting weird since it began to restart itself for no reason. At one time PC just turned off and on and off like in this video.

I tried various things like removing all components and leaving only the MOBO but the PC still had problems. Suddenly the PC could stay on for a long time and did not turn off anymore.

I tried to reinstall all the components and everything came back on except the GPU. The GPU started normally and even tried to boot. But it restarted again for no reason and my GPU died but the fans were still spinning and there was no display at all. I don't know what happened because it was so random.

  • I've tried only using one RAM stick and installing in other slot
  • Already tried removed everything one by one except for the motherboard
  • The problem still happen
Specs:
CPU Intel i5-9400F*
GPU RTX 4060
Motherboard H310-CM HDV
PSU Cooler Master MWE 550W

Edit: Before this, I was using bad PSU (Aerocool RGB) and it fried my GPU and any other components except motherboard and CPU. After that happened, I changed PSU & GPU into what I wrote above.

Because after I changed the PSU, it worked normally for 1 year now and I didn't see any burn marks on the motherboard.

Also, when you swapped PSUs, did you only use the power cables than came with the new PSU? Did you remove all of the defective PSUs cables from the PC before installing the new PSU?

Yes I changed all the cable and using power cable that came with the new PSU.

Have you manually reset the BIOS since this happened?

To manually reset the BIOS. Do this:

1. Remove all powered connections (power cable, video cable, and powered speakers, etc).
2. Remove the motherboard battery.
3. Press the power button to discharge residual power in the system's components.
4. Wait at least a minute (not really necessary, but won't hurt either).
5. Re-install the battery and reconnect the previously removed connections.
6. Power on (system should be in default settings state now).

Apparently, it worked for the first time, it turned on for a while but my GPU still not turned on (only the fans are on). After I restart and reinstall the GPU, it began to turn on and off again (but this time my GPU is on)

This isn't very clear...

Did the system seem to work properly AFTER you manually reset the BIOS?

Do you have access to another GPU to use for testing?
