Question PC Won’t boot

So i’ve been having a lot of hassle recently with my pc (specs at the bottom of post)

So i tried to turn on my pc about a month ago, and it hit the windows logo (just after bios screen) and crashed, attempted to restart, hard reset, everything, i assumed it was corrupted storage, tried booting from a spare ssd, same issue, put it down to ram, got an rma and got a brand new kit sent out, whilst i was waiting for the new kit i used an older one i had, which somehow was running fine? then i got my new kit, and then only 3 slots worked so i was running 3 slots for about a week then proceeded to go back to crashing at windows logo, at this point i have no idea what it could be, any support is greatly appreciated!

Also i ram a memtest on my brand new kit and it came back with 0 issues

MOTHERBOARD: B550-F Wi-fi
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance SL 32gb (4x8gb) 3600mhz c18
RAM(spare kit i was using) Corsair Vengeance Pro 16gb (2x8gb) 3000mhz
GPU: Asus ROG Strix 3070ti OC
CPU COOLER: Corsair H150i Elite Cappelix
STORAGE: 980 pro 1tb & 970 evo pro

Is your bios up to date? If it is then your motherboard is probably to blame. Does it still work with the 16gb of ram?

Bios is fully up to date, and i’m going to test the 16gb kit again tonight
