[SOLVED] PRIME B560M-A Posts with a GTX 1070 but can't with an RX 580

I recently tried to build a new PC with this set of hardware.

i3 10100F
Asus PRIME B560M-A
Silicon Power 16GB DDR4 3200
Silicon Power 512GB m.2 nvme SSD
corsair 550W PSU

The system will post normally with a Zotac GTX 1070 8GB but can't with my XFX RX 580 8GB.
I know these GPU's have worked as the 580 used to be my friend's GPU for a few years and I've tested the 1070 in the past in other systems.
Also disabled resizable bar and manually changed the PCIE mode to Gen 3.

Any advice is appreciated thanks for reading.

RX 580 had some compatibility issues with uefi, go to bios with working gpu and enable CSM compatibility mode, if windows was installed in uefi mode, switch storage to uefi in CSM settings
