I was looking into building a pc but Im not sure what psu would work with the build.

Specs:
Asrock a320m-hdv r4.0, micro atx mobo
ryzen 5 3500x 6core/6threads cpu
Nvidia GTX 1660-ti gpu
crucial mx 500 250gb ssd
wd blue 4tb hhd
corsair vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 C15(2×8gb) ram
Rosewill ATX mid tower gaming computer case

max budget is 700, and i did calculations based off the parts i found and i come out to about 630 and i also changed the cpu to a ryzen 5 3600x, and location is the US

Yes, 450w is fine for your system. A 550w would be even more headroom for upgrades.
