No, but I plan on buying as soon as it's released. I'm so fucking pissed, I was camping for 3 weeks (from June 20-July 11) and I completely missed it. Really angry, I wish this had just lasted a week longer. Oh well, I can probably get it for free considering my Aunt works for Microsoft :>

YES! I ordered the home premium upgrade. I haven't had the RC1 loaded for that long, and I can't tell that it does much for me that XP doesn't, except to look pretty, but for the price I went ahead and ordered W7 just for grins.

I have 2 computers on XP that will be upgraded to Win7 home premium and professional.

To those that pirate the software I tell you that your arguments suck. Like to use it? Pay for it. When I don't like the price for something I protest by not buying it or getting the competitor's.

[citation][nom]kshub[/nom]Have 4 PCs in the home, all are 7 capable. Have been using RC1 on 2 full time. Can't wait for release, so I signed up for Technet today, using discount coupon code. Ended up paying 280$ US for 10 licenses of 7 Ultimate, clean installations to boot, no Vista to 7 upgrades =) I'll also be getting Office 2010 as part of the technet subscription, woot!Coupon code is: TMSAM10 Not sure if it is only US...[/citation]
Dang, that's a great deal. Too bad I saw it after I bough my copies. You sir have made me sad!

I ordered 3 copies of Home Premium. 2 for myself and one for my parent's computer. I'm running the RC on my two computers and have been very happy with it. One of the computers is older and Windows 7 runs a little better on it than Vista does. My other computer is a HTPC and Windows 7 works a lot better with my multiple Hauppauge TV tuners than Vista did.

I was extremely disappointed the offer wasn't made available for people in Australia...I, like many others, thought Win 7 was the best OS MS has made yet!

Yes, Home premium upgrade. I want to keep Vista 32 bit, and dual boot Win 7 64 bit.If i cant do that i will sell it. I have had no problems with Vista 32 bit, power on to desktop is 2 min 5 sec every time.

yup, I was quite impressed with 7 over vista, and even over xp, so I got myself the pro upgrade (for xp mode, a little splurge) and my brother and mom both wanted premium so them too. I have been waiting for a long time to see a microsoft OS that could actually deliver the usability I get for free from Ubuntu, or something that was actually somewhat clean compared to OS X. I feel they finally delivered and am currently running the RC as my main OS. Congrats Microsoft!

I didn't pre-order Win7. Instead, I purchased two OEM copies of Vista Home Premium 64-bit w/ the free upgrade to Win7. They were only $10 more than the standard OEM version, so I went for it. Only time will tell if I'll actually "upgrade" or not.

[citation][nom]dzeric[/nom]No, it was really sad. I was looking forward to it, at that price, but the RC locked up every 30 min or so due to horrible Creative sound drivers. I gotta have my surround sound . Staying with Vista x64[/citation]

Iv given up on creative

Aaaaaaaaaarrrggg! No preorder, No OEM.... not before service pack 1!!! Then I will -aaaarrggg- buy them... Yo ho ho and a bottle of rume...

Pay money for an OS ? Nah, i'll stick with debian. s4fun had a very good point, you gotta wait until at least 1 service pack with windows releases. Otherwise you're in for a nightmare.
