I have had my Mic for a few months now, and it has worked fine until today, when plugging it in has given me the error pop up on the bottom right of "device malfunctioned and windows doesn't recognize it."

The mic mute button, which usually displays as red or green is now grey, but the green LEDs at the back are still illuminated, and so is the little screen on the mic, so the mic is getting power.
I have no idea why it isn't showing up in Device Manager or Audio settings.
