Question RED CPU LED ON MOBO!

Morning! A month ago my pc just died, literally exploded and wasnt turning on or showing anything in the screen, boot loop:/ not showing anything in screen
And I just bought a new mobo (z390aorus master) CPU (I7 9800K) and a new PSU(friend's present) hdd and ssd are the same, also the graphic card AND IM STILL having the same problem? I see a red light on my mobo and apparently it's the cpu, I don't know what to do to be honest, should I buy a new psu? Water cpu cooler? also the fan it's from the i7 8700 non k, so I'm re using it but I'm not sure if that's the problem,

same here why they dont have it on list try to contact board maker to see wht they will tell you .

It's supported, he had a typo in his original post. He actually has the 9700K, he mistyped 9800K.

It doesn't matter if you've already tried a step, perform EVERYTHING in order in this list and get back to us.

Also, it would be very helpful if you listed the make/model of EVERY component you have.

I tried everything , my mobo has the 16 pin instead of 8, I just connected 8 because 16 it's If you're gonna use a lot of energy and overclocking right? Also look at the pics links that I sent and tell me what do u think please,

msi r7 370 4gb
Ssd Samsung evo 970 pro 512 GB
Cpu I7 9700K NEW
A fan from the i7 8700 NON k that I'm re using it (i might change it if this is the problem)
HDD 1TB
2x8 ram ddr4 corsair 2600mhz
Gygabite 750w (forgot the version but I might change it if this is the problem)
I see the RED LIGHT on my mobo tho and apparently it's the cpu ;;
