I can't seem to fix it.
I'm using a belkin n500 play or whatever, i don't remember the number. It's a sweet router, gives me all my speed.
My internet is 150mbps down 10mbps up, and my webcam should NOT be lagging the way it is. According to my network monitoring widget I'm going from 6kb/s upload to 40, sometime seeing 50. It's an HD webcam, it should be transmitting at 100-200 kbs, but it's not.
When I unplug my router (yes im hardwired into my router on my PC, I'm a gamer.) and plug my pc directly into the modem it's perfect.
Is it something in QoS?

That's what I see.
I tried turning QoS OFF, and my router just fucked up beyond belief, connecting and disconnecting the internet. I don't know what to do =\ Is that "Video" Webcam video or streaming?
Also, is there a way for me to limit certain programs to a certain amount of upload and download? There's 4 of us using this internet, sometimes, with how backwards canadian upload rates are, it can get pretty laggy.
