Before installing the new 2060, I removed the old nvidia graphics card driver, I suspect I would have to delete other stuff. Any suggestions?
Uninstall all nvidia driver's again and reinstall. When launching the install screen for nvidia it should ask at the display driver setup section if you would like to start from factory default? I just did, all nvidia drivers, and installed nvidia experience, it never asked for factory default.Uninstall all nvidia driver's again and reinstall. Just did, it still shows 4GBUse DDU to remove old drivers.

Im sorry but this actually appear to be a bug with speccy. Right now it common in alot of the rtx cards, so please be pactient and execpt a fix shortly.
Or if you are willong to take 2 minutes to look up the bug in speccy right now i guaranty he downloads hwmonitor check task manager or any other source right now it would tell him 8gb'sCheck Graphics Card Installation

Corrupt GPU BIOS (VBIOS)

Push windows key and r at the same time should bring up run program. Type msinfo32, towards the bottum should give you all ram readings. Ram and vram post a screen shot here
