Before installing the new 2060, I removed the old nvidia graphics card driver, I suspect I would have to delete other stuff. Any suggestions?

Uninstall all nvidia driver's again and reinstall. When launching the install screen for nvidia it should ask at the display driver setup section if you would like to start from factory default? Check the box for yes

I just did, all nvidia drivers, and installed nvidia experience, it never asked for factory default.
