Question Rtx 2070 super

I'm gonna buy a new gpu but i cant find any review of the models i have available in my country
Zotac 2070 super twin fan
Msi 2070 super vetus
Wich one should i buy?
Are they loud?
Should i consider the msi 5700xt mech oc or a 2060 super evga?

I'd avoid the Mech. It's the lowest card in the food chain for the 5700 XT.

What resolution are you planning to run at?

Zotac makes very good graphics cards. Must not have looked very hard. I found two reviews easily.

Then you want either the 5700 XT or 2070 Super, and much might depend on your CPU as FPS is generally more relevant to CPU than graphics card. Both play a role though. GPU card normally is more relevant to what kind of settings you can run and still achieve a certain FPS.

What is your CPU, motherboard and memory configuration.

I just installed the MSI 2070 Super Ventus OC in a pc with an i5-9600KF. I use a 1080 144hz monitor. In BF1 and PUBG I am seeing 150-180hz on full Ultra. At 1440 you'll be lower...but this card is a great performer!
One thing to note - This card is fairly loud. It maxes out at 72C and the fans run at 60% in my setup. At that speed they have a high pitched noise that I find offensive (be quiet! Pure Rock 500 with 3x140mm case fans and open top grill mounted with Corsair H110). I'm going to attempt to improve case flow and hopefully lower the card's fan speed.
