Question Screen goes blank after Boot logo

I am trying to boot my PC. Everything works well until the Boot Logo. After the boot logo, when windows is about to load, the screen goes blank. After a while, the yellow light on the motherboard starts to blink slowly(stays stable for a second then blink).
If I do a restart, it boots but with very low resolution. Device manager says graphics was stopped with code 43.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming
Graphics Card: MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X Trio
RAM: GSkill Trident Z 8GB x2
PSU: Seasonic 850W platinum

Hello.
Code 43 is when Windows can't load the drivers.
That could be cause by a hardware malfunction or a software glitch.
Would you be so kind and give us a complete system specs?
And how exactly you ended up with this situation?

My apologies, I have listed the hardware above. Additionally, there are 4 Chassis fans and a Cryorig H7 as the CPU cooler. There are 2 SSD and HDD each connected via SATA 3(no NVME):
SSD: Sandisk Ultra 1TB and Samsung 870 EVO 1TB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB and ST Electronics 160GB

One more update, I swapped the graphics card with an old MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X and the system works just fine. I am in the process of replacing the thermal compound on the 2070 Super. I am suspecting the 2070 Super to have a hardware issue.

Few months back, the display had gone blank while playing games suddenly(note that I run the games at 1440P) and it was unable to boot into Windows. I had given for repairs at the MSI Service Center but they just replaced the Thermal Compound and returned it to me, it worked thereafter and now all of a sudden similar issue but sometimes Windows boots with lowest resolution like I said in the first thread and sometimes it doesn't.

I am suspecting the 2070 Super to have a hardware issue.

I agree with your suspicion.
But until we give a final verdict we should take all steps.
So repasting it is one of them.
Keep us posted.

Ok, so I have re-applied thermal paste. Still having the same issue.
The display stays at 1440p resolution on the Windows welcome screen now but struggles to maintain it(barely a second) with screen flickering and eventually goes back to the lowest resolution.
I also uninstalled and then installed the latest nVidia drivers but the issue persist.
Any other suggestions?.

I would like to ask you to change (for testing purposes) your video cable.
I had some flickering problems and loss of video signal with my RX6600 and i discovered it was the video cable.

Ok, I need to check that. But I used the same cable with my old graphics card and it works fine. Do you think it could still be the Display Port cable? Let me know so I will try it.

No need to buy one. Just ask a friend to give you one for testing.

No worries. I removed the existing UGREEN Display Port cable 3 meter in length and connected the original Display port cable that came with the LG monitor. The issue still exist. One thing I observed is that the card is giving output signal only on 1 of 3 display ports on the card, although still low resolution.
I also tried the HDMI port on the graphics card with the HDMI cable that came with the monitor. Unfortunately, no output from it.

Well, that is unfortunately a bad sign.
Would you try one more thing before we declare your "soldier" dead?
I would suggest to use DDU to uninstall video drivers.
Use DDU in safe mode. Do it with the network cable disconnected.
After restart, reinstall from scratch the video drivers.
Only after you finish to reinstall new drivers you will plug back the network.
Let us know how it went.

I installed the DDU software, removed the network cable and restarted the PC in safe mode.
I then launched the DDU app and ran it to remove nVidia drivers. The DDU app removed the drivers and restarted the system in safe mode again.
I restarted the PC in normal mode, installed the graphics driver that I had already downloaded earlier. After the installation was complete, I plugged in the network cable.
The display scaled to 100% temporarily but resolution is still locked/greyed out in Windows settings. Device manager still says Device has been stopped code 43.

Well, the next and last thing to do is to remove the card and take it to a friend and test it there.
That will eliminate a doubt.

You mean an entirely different system to test? That might not be possible today. I may have to take it to a repair center who may have a test bench to check.
Let's say the graphics card is not the problem, which other component do you think could be the problem?

If the graphics card is dead, do you think nVidia 4070 Super or 4080 Super is a good choice for upgrade. Note that I intend to upgrade the CPU, Motherboard and RAM early next year anyway.
