Question Screen is lagging/glitching after playing for an hour

Hello, I need help my screen is lagging after playing for an hour and then it's normal again . Sometimes even sound is laggin. Screen is lagging on every game (Brawlhalla,Watch dogs 2, LoL, and more)

• I tried -
• Reinstal windows
• Reinstaling drivers
• Updating drivers
• Pluggin another monitor
• Cleaning dust from pc

-Pc specs-
cpu: Amd Ryzen 7 1700
gpu: Radeon RX570
psu: Silver Stone Strider ST70F-ES230
ram: 16gb (2x same 8gb)

Perhaps it's the PSU as it's 400W. Try running MSI Afterburner with the power limit slid all the way to the left (click to apply) and see if it solves the issue.

No it didn't, I think it make it even worse anything else ? And i have PSU with 700W btw

You could run the logging from hwinfo during gameplay then have a look at the log for the time it starts lagging, perhaps there will be some clue.

When you run hwinfo click sensors then click the third icon from the bottom right(looks like a text document) choose a filename for the log file. Then run the game and examine the log afterwards.
