Second Hard drive not showing in windows explorer

Does anyone know how to get a 4 tb hard drive which I just installed and attached the data cable to it to show in Microsoft Vista Windows Explorer? It is a Western Digital Hard Drive ATA. It is however showing up in the Microsoft Device Manager list of hard drives. Hopefully I gave enough information for you to help me out. This has been a bear for me.

Yes, Toms Hardware does not self host image files.

I want to thank you for your help! I went to disk management and was able to format it from there and now it is showing on windows vista explorer. THANKS A BUNCH! I will be posting more questions today because I am having other issues as well. Hope to hear from you. You are very helpful!
