On a side note; I know you have access to Ikea. Check their furniture's out and I can guarantee that they make really awesome looking and comfy furniture's. I've bought nothing but them during my stay in U.A.E.
So my opinion would be to go with a good chair for your desktop/reading needs. I tend to do research/reading and drawing work off the same desk where my machine is. Once your posture is settled save some more for a mechanical keyboard but be warned, you need to do some research regarding key switch types and what suites your taste/needs.
Dont be like me and listen to people like I got a 280x which if love but I still wish I had got a 770. Be safe and get what you want.
Don't get me wrong mate but there is a wealth of info around the web to go about digging which will help you follow a path which you'll be satisfied with at the end of it all. Just like that lemonade you're having right now
