Yes, the issue has been identified and fixed. Everything should now work as usual.

When fall gets here, I will join you guys with my 1080ti, IF I still have it. It gets way too got in my bedroom running F@H during the summer. I have an ASUS Strix card which has been flaking out a bit the past few weeks. It screen flickers and temporarily freezes during video playback. Honestly, I've been waiting for Volta to release then I plan to take my card back to Microcenter and cash in on the warranty exchange.

Has anyone heard anything new about the release date for Volta? It's my luck the top tier Volta cards wont be out until 2018 anyway.

Yeah it hit me that was coming up as well. It just so usual that we have a hard date that was set early on that we almost forget about it.

So use to the "mention something that should happen in the "near" future" but no hard date for said thing and after forgetting about it, all the sudden have only a few days notice that the change will happen.

The reason is that PhotoBucket has updated their terms and policy and has dropped 3rd party image hosting and image linking.

While i can say that it doesn't seem to be affecting me yet as at my end it seems to be working still *knocks on wood*

I'd rather just find a new place than wonder when the guide wont work.

Alright now that i've somewhat settled down from a scare I just had.... I can say that i will be using imgur as the site to host the Guide photo's. Easy interface, works with the forum, and doesn't display my real name.

I'll start working on that in a day or 2.


But for the scare I had..... boy, there is nothing like getting a text message from a family member saying that a tornado is near you to get the heart pumping.... (Sorry if this post becomes long. Just kind of venting ATM)

False alarm luckily... He heard from a co-worker husband that was shopping at a grocery store near us that a tornado was on the ground and promptly texted my family. His words were "tornado near you"

All i know was before getting that message, i was just about to post on here what image site i was going to use (i was just starting to type it out)... Then I got the message...

In that moment, i grabbing my dogs and rushing them to the basement (they were totally confused of what was going on). Wasn't till i was checking my phone a min after rushing down there that I haven't received an alert about a tornado and the nation weather service web site hasn't listed any warning. Also found it odd (before i put the pieces together) that i haven't heard the sound of a tornado nor that my dogs were not acting different before or during the situation since most animal will act extremely different if something like a tornado was coming.

However there was some damage in the area. To the roof of some horse stables at the casino across the street from the store in question but from what damage i could see, it look like straight line wind damage (which there was strong winds that came though town), not tornado damage.

Guessing about 20 foot section of a roof from 1 stable was almost folded in 1/2 and partially collapsed in. Not twisted up like i've seen from another tornado from the distant past (Blue Ash, Ohio 1999 F4 tornado). Might of been more damage to other stables than that but cant tell in the dark.

Well funny enough.... that scare was "sort of" warranted. National Weather Service did confirm there was a tornado on the ground.

Although being it was an EF-0, lasted only about a minute (literally, about 60 seconds), and traveled 1/4 mile north-west (would of needed to travel 1/2 mile South-West to roughly hit me), we weren't in much danger.


And to top it all off, when we got the message there was one, it was 15 mins after it touched down...

So all that rushing to the basement was for nothing, My dogs must of thought we were idiots. :lol:


As for those horse stables that was hit, 3 of them decently damaged, some horse in them but none were injured. Although workers did have to work several hours to free them from there stalls.

Ok guys I'm back online.

Finally got power back Monday night and internet and phone today.
Took a LOT of storm damage.
One tree took of the back of my home, computer room, utility room,chimney. stairwell etc.... all gone.
Another tree took out all 3 of our cars. My truck (F150 SC) ,1999 Anniversary edition Miata and the wifes 3.5 week old Eddie Bower Explorer was totaled.
Then another 2 trees took out the roof on our guest house/cottage.
The only thing it missed was our motor home. Which has been our home for the last three weeks.
Might have a few more interruptions as they still putting up phone lines, I am on a temporary until they can rebury a line to my home.
And we will have to turn off all power to the back side of the house when they start tearing the rest of it down for rebuilding.
Luckily no one was hurt in our home or cottage, we were very lucky in that regard.
And the fight with the insurance companies has begun.
