they came out with a new version of the popular slk-800
it has a new (more stable) mounting system, and is also mountable to a P4, that is the only difference
it's reviewed <A HREF="http://www.overclockers.com/articles726/" target="_new">at overclockers</A> and performs very well, just like its predecessor

I just want to point out that this new version WILL NOT mount on many AMD boards. This heatsink IS ONLY mountable with the 4 corner pins, something that doesnt exist on my AMD boards such as mine, the MSI NForce2 board.

Just something to look out for. If your board does not have the mounting holes, then buy the original SK800(a)
