adding either a 570 or 580 later when I get enough money, but was wondering if this was decent as is, and any recommendations, also wondering if this mobo would work with a 3200g out of box.

Decent, yes. But I'd highly recommend stepping up to the ryzen 5 3400g. It's not too much more, about 40 bucks, but it has 4c8t vs the 4c/4t of the 3. Depending on the games you'll play, the extra threads could help. Quad core cpus are really starting to struggle.

For just your browsing and web surfing itll be ok. But again will struggle in games.

The MAX line of msi boards has out of the box 3rd gen compatibility, so it will work for ya.

If you're planning to add a gpu later, you may want to consider a 500/550w psu. The 570 recommend a 450, while the 580 you mention has a recommended 500. Better to be safe as the psu is the lifeblood of the entire system.

The cx line from corsair is ok, but you can do better. Tom's did have a decent review of it though. And should power your system with little issue. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/corsair-cx450-psu,5678.html
