That single threaded tho 🙁

Better than my E3 1240 though. E5s are where it's at for insane performance.

See if you can get 4.5GHz on all cores 😉

I'm sorry, rules are the rules. The Passmark score screenshot MUST include the CPU-Z window in it. It doesn't matter if you're in Dublin or New York.

Hi EquineHero,

I had some other run, a bit worse but this one is with CPU-Z:
E5 2697 v3 QS - 2714 Mhz base with 3758 Mhz Turbo - all cores turbo microcodes with FSB @ 104.4

I have found several screenshot but some of them are in version 8.0 or earlier, and basically all are missing CPU-Z information :)
I have like
- Xeon E5460 with 775 socket mod
- Xeon X3210
- Pentium D
- i5 3330
- Xeon E5-2670

For version 9 I have - Xeon e5-2680 @ 2837 Mhz with turbo 3678 Mhz - not a CPU-Z but HWiNFO64 :

and here Intel i7-4960X @4.5 Ghz on all cores but unfortunately without CPU information 🙁

8c/16th vs 6c/12th :)

Single threaded scores from Sandy Bridge, and for 8 cores that's still pretty slow... lmao, that's practically if my old E3 1240 had 8 cores

Yeah I know, for now I have only this w CPU-Z :

Hi EquineHero,

Please read rule #13.

Correct result for E5-2697 v3 was put in the topic before the one you have added to the list :) I have put other ones (e5 2680 / 4960X) as curiosity because both were not in accordance of the rules (e5 2680 was with HWiNFO and 4960x without CPUIZ information so I did not expect you to add them to the ranking:) Should I re-add the e5-2697 v3 results again in 3 days or will you just include it after those 3 days ?

Nice, nice! How much you pay for that? You could probably up the BCLK like i did on my E3 1240, you see how even that old Sandy Bridge CPU is faster than a Haswell CPU...also try getting faster XMP memory!

Just realized my Xeon X3470 is not on the table yet?? I thought I added it.

Very well under the price, around 60-70€.
My xmp isnt enabled btw (1866), it doesnt show up in motherboard options as it is budget one I paid 20-30€

Its E3 1225 v3, I havent looked the Core speed while running passmark.

Now Im just waiting for an RX 480 8GB 230€~

I really don't understand, with aluminium cooler this cpu (50*C max) is waay colder than i3 (was hitting 70-80*C)...

Older i3s had really bad TIM between the die and the IHS.

If you can set memory frequency or reference clock manually, my old AsRock H77M supported XMP and manual tuning.

Never expected to be such "Crap" tim under i3.
