Greetings, i'll go straight to the point, my previous components were:

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - GTX 1650
MOBO - Micro-ATX Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2
RAM - 16gb Corsair Vengeance + 8gb HyperX Fury (the hyperx is optional and the problem persists even without it)
PSU - Kolink 600W Semi Modular 80PLUS Bronze KL-600MV2

I bought a ryzen 9 5900x, msi rtx 4060 and a razer hanbo water cooler, when i installed all the new components i tried to open marvel rivals (which i was having alot of fps problems) and now every 30 secs or less my pc stutters (goes to 1, 2 or 3 fps and comes back to normal) the more i play the worse it gets, it only happens in marvel rivals and yesterday happened in a coop game called dark hours, i already tried everything, checking if i had to get a new psu but seems like it is enough, i checked if the mobo was compatible with the cpu and if updated it is (which i did), my final conclusion was that i should look for another mobo or more ram (and idk why something tells me it can be something about the psu but the chances are slim in my opinion), but im indecisive and i need help to try to figure out whats happening, i wasted some money and my build got worse....

You should look around the forums to see that mixing and matching rams is only going to lead you to a lot of grey hairs. If the Corsair is a dual channel ram kit, you work with that. Also, got a link to the ram kit used?

PSU - Kolink 600W Semi Modular 80PLUS Bronze KL-600MV2
How old is the PSU in your build?

MOBO - Micro-ATX Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2
BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? FYI, the board you own has a poor VRM design...which isn't what you should be pairing a Ryzen 5000 series processor with.

I bought a ryzen 9 5900x, msi rtx 4060 and a razer hanbo water cooler,
Which variant of the Hanbo do you have? Make and model of your case?

the more i play the worse it gets,
What sort of temps do you see when this happens? Use HWInfo to monitor your temps.

RAM link: https://www.pcdiga.com/componentes/...6-1-35v-preta-cmw16gx4m2c3200c16-843591075381

PSU: about 4yrs in june

MOBO: version f67d, i know i should be using a better motherboard but i saw it was compatible with the upgrade (my main suspicion)

WCOOLER: hanbo version https://www.pcdiga.com/componentes/...-240mm-preto-rc21-01770100-r3m1-8886419337805

CASE: Hollow Series 2500, White Camouflage

TEMPS: To be honest never really seen the temp but it was around 80ºC

Most noticable thing ive seen while monitoring was the ram, but as soon as i inserted the hyperx stick it went kinda ok

80°C while gaming with that CPU is high! Are you sure the pump is working? Did you remove the plastic cover off the bottom of the pump/heatsink?
