Question Upgrading a Core i3 to an i7

I've been thinking of switching my Core i3-4170 out for a Core i7-4790K. That brings up 3 questions:

1. Would I need to upgrade my BIOS?
2. Would my 360 Watt power supply be enough?
3. Would it be better to get a new motherboard to switch out for a newer generation CPU and also DDR4 RAM?

My specs:
Intel Core i3 4170 @ 3.70GHz
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (Gigabyte)
MSI H81M-P33 (MS-7817)
8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1SB102 ATA
Seasonic G-360 360W 80 PLUS Gold Active PFC

Yea its fine for a 1050 and 4790k. Plus its seasonic so its likely good quality.

If you upgrade your graphics card any you will want a higher wattage psu.
