Question USB Constantly Disconnecting

So at random my pc will disconnect all usb ports abruptly and after 5 seconds or so it turns back on. This is extremely annoying especially for myself as I often transfer files through usb and having abrupt ejections is unacceptable. I have no clue what the reason is for this whether it be hardware or software.

Honestly havent thought of the psu being the issue. How would I check for something like that? If it was the psu wouldnt the whole system be shutting down?

use occt for about 10 min on test and check all voltages then plug in a usb device in system if psu pass test would look at board issue on power .
