Question Weird Electric buzzing sound comming from my pc

From the start i have a problem with a weird buzzing sound coming out of my pc, i can hear it if i get a lot of fps in games, i already tried 3 diffrent gpu's, got a new psu And nothing seems to work.
Specs:
Asus Prime Z390-P
i7-9700k @ 4,5Ghz
Asus RTX 2080 Super Rog Strix Oc
Corsair HX 1200w
SilentiumPC Fera 3
XPG 2x8Gb 3200Mhz

could this be the gpu? or could this be the mobo

Can be motherboard, PSU or maybe GPU. You just have to try to listen where it comes from if possible.

i already tried 3 diffrent gpu's, and 2 diffrent psu's, it seems to come from the gpu, but could it be the pcie slot? i read some stuff on other forums that it could be a pcie slot too

Did you return the original and got the exact same ones or were these completely other parts?

Could you make a short vid with your phone and upload somewhere then link?

The "buzzing" sounds like a relay switching which could happen on a gpu, but that's just a guess.

3 totally diffrent gpus
Zotac RTX 2070 mini
Asus RTX 2070 Dual Evo v2
and now i got the Asus RTX 2080 Super Rog Strix OC

That would be nice.

Though even with three diferent gpu's is it stil maybe a way they use power and react to what they are fed since all a very new architecture. Then again two different psu's .... well i guess different.
